How did they meet
Lacy: We met on a plane in Lexington, KY. Josh was on a business trip and I was the flight attendant for his flight 🙂
How did Josh Propose?
Lacy: He recreated our very first date in Estes Park then we went for a walk in Rocky Mountain National Park where he got on one knee and proposed.
Wedding Planning during Covid
Lacy: One thing I would like to share is, the Bride and Groom need to do what they feel is best. You will have a lot of people with opinions but ultimately this is your day. Josh and I chose to have our wedding even though we had to cut back on the number of guests and we are still thrilled with our decision. Not everything was perfect because of Covid but our marriage was the focus not perfection.
Anything else to share?
Lacy: There are a couple of things I would like to share. 1) Hire a wedding coordinator if you are able, even if it’s only for the day of. I tried to do everything by myself but in the end I hired one for the day of and I am so glad I did. 2) The wedding goes by so fast so don’t forget to take a minute to stop and look at all your guests. Take a breath. Memorize the faces in the crowd. Memorize your bride/groom. 3) Josh and I had Tina take a group shot after we walked down that included everyone in attendance, the wedding party and Josh and I. It is absolutely one of our favorite photos because I can see everyone that came to celebrate with us.
