How They Met
Olivia: Steve and I met through my cousin, Tommy. Steve and Tommy work together. Tommy asked me on Christmas 2015 why I was still single and then was shuffling through his Facebook friends and came upon Steve and the rest is history!
How Did Steve Propose?
Olivia: Steve proposed on a hike out by Red Rocks. The engagement ring is from the Diamond Reserve in Denver.
What would you like to share with other Brides who are planning a wedding during COVID?
Olivia: I am a worrier, so I knew I couldn’t have my big wedding even though it was gut wrenching. The thought of someone I love getting sick due to my big day was something I couldn’t have on my shoulders. We replanned a small ceremony in Breckenridge with just our immediate family of 20 people. It was very intimate and beautiful! It was also super special to have both of our families get to know each-other better.
Someone told me to just be present and enjoy the day. Things will go wrong, like the monsoon right before my ceremony, but it will all be your perfectly imperfect day.
